Youth Leadership academy
The Youth Leadership Academy is NYA's high school leadership development program. YLA provides students in grades 9-12 with internships, elective classes, leadership training, academic support and college prep. The College Coordinator works individually with each student and their family to support them in both their academic and personal life and ensure a path to success.
At NYA, we put a big emphasis on STEM projects. Youth Leaders are provided with the opportunity to participate in elective classes such as Documentary Filmmaking, Computer Programming, and Robotics...
